Your wedding flower quotation is valid for 21 days only
A booking is confirmed upon payment of the non-refundable deposit of 30% of quote. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or bank deposit.
The agreed balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Definite numbers, requirements and colour schemes are to be finalised at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. Further requests/increases in numbers within 4 weeks of the event date are not always possible however Rose and Wild will accommodate when viable. Reduction in guest’s numbers or requirements within 4 weeks will not be refunded but the value will be added to remaining items.
We will do our absolute best to supply and create exactly what you have requested. However due to the unpredictability of nature, weather and seasonal changes it is impossible for us to guarantee the exact colour, variety, shades and flowers. In the the case we need to substitute we will select the next best option.
We always strive to bring your vision to life.
We reserve the right to photograph our work but we will not publicly disclose your identity without permission.
Quotes are valid for fourteen days from issue date and a minimum product order of $200 applies. (This does not include Delivery or Set Up fees)
Prices are for a one day hire only.
Extra day hire will be charged at 75% of total hire cost
Prices do not include delivery.
A Public holiday surcharge of 15% applies to all labour services, such as delivery and setup.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND DEPOSIT
Payment Conditions: Bookings require a 50% deposit and balance paid 30 days prior to the event. Full payment is required if the booking is made within 30 days of the event.
No booking will be confirmed until deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid 14 days prior to event date.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all monies are paid promptly and correctly.
Bond Security: A credit card authority form is required to be completed and signed authorising Rose and Wild to deduct a payment for any cleaning fees, breakages, losses or damage to products while in your possession.
Please note: Many of our items can be damaged by water/moisture/reticulation/condensation etc. As the hirer, it is your responsibility to ensure the items are not exposed to these elements.
Breakages and damages to tableware (glassware, platters, linen, decanters, candleholders) will be charged at four times the hire cost of each individual item. Lost/non returned items (as above) will be charged at four times the cost of item hire cost.
Breakages and damage to larger items (lanterns, rugs, pouffs, floor cushions) will be charged at replacement cost. Lost or non returned items (as above) will be charged at replacement cost.
Damage also includes stains from clothing, paper items, wine, candle wax, cigarette burn, paint, pens, water damage or any other method not mentioned.
Equipment is not insured, the hirer is responsible for any loss, damage or breakage.
All equipment is to be returned cleaned. An extra cleaning charge of $75 will apply should any items not be returned clean.
All hire items are to be put back into their appropriate boxes for collection, all glassware/silverware are to be rinsed or hand washed (do not use a dishwasher).
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery in Margaret River is free of charge.
Delivery or collection elsewhere is charged at $30 an hour
Late returns will incur a 50% fee of total hire cost.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made within 60 days of booking date will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made prior to 60 days of event date will have full deposit refunded.
All cancellations must be given to Rose and Wild in writing.
We will provide a refund if a product is unable to be used for its originally intended purpose. Refund will be limited to that particular product. It is the hirers obligation to advise us immediately that the item is unable to be used.
Products can be added anytime prior to delivery day subject to availability.The items supplied for hire always remain the property of Rose and Wild.
Payments can be made to Rose and Wild through the following means; Cash, Credit Card or Bank Deposit.
Should Rose and Wild make any purchases on your behalf an additional invoice will be issued.
